1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

• The product is unused and in original packaging.
• The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

• Personal hygiene, cosmetics, consumables.
• Final sale or non-returnable products.

2. Return Procedure

1. Login to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Click Request Return and submit details.
3. Request is reviewed within 48 hours.
4. Courier pickup is scheduled after approval.
5. Refund or replacement is processed post inspection.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refund processed within 3–5 business days.
• Amount credited to original payment method.
• COD refunds via UPI or bank transfer.

4. GST and Refund Calculation

• Refunds include applicable GST.
• Partial returns receive proportional GST refund.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• Free return for damaged or incorrect items.
• Personal preference returns may incur charges.

6. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in resalable condition. Used or altered items are not eligible.
