Order Cancellation by Customer
✅Before Shipment:
Customers can cancel their order before the product is shipped.
To cancel, go to "My Orders" > Select Item > Click “Cancel”.
Full refund will be processed to the original payment method (if prepaid).
❌ After Shipment:
Once the product is shipped, cancellation may not be allowed.
Customers may choose to reject the delivery or initiate a return once delivered (as per Return Policy).
Order Cancellation by Seller
A seller may cancel an order due to:
Unavailability of stock
Delivery service unavailability in the region
Technical issues with pricing or listing
In such cases:
You will receive a notification and full refund (if prepaid).
Auto-Cancellation by Logiclead.co.in
Orders may be auto-cancelled if:
Verification fails (for COD or high-value items)

Logiclead acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed on the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
