Account Registration and Usage

Content and Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Logiclead and are protected by intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their product listings and images but grant Logiclead a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. Users are prohibited from uploading content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights, and Logiclead reserves the right to remove any infringing material without notice
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform, including but not limited to: posting false or misleading information, circumventing Logiclead's transaction system to make direct payments, manipulating reviews or ratings, uploading harmful or illegal content, or engaging in fraudulent activities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Termination
Logiclead may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support or through account settings.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
