1. How do I place an order on Logiclead?
You can browse products, select your items, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout.Choose your delivery address and payment method to confirm your order.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it, before it is shipped.Go to "My Orders" and select the cancel/change option.
3. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can also track your order from your account under the "My Orders" section.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll get estimated delivery details during checkout.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer 7-day easy returns. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please raise a return request immediately through "My Orders" and mention the issue.We'll arrange a pickup and send you the right product or a refund.

Returns and cancellations are usually free. However, in rare cases (like multiple return abuses), return charges may apply.
12. What happens if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partner will try up to 2 more attempts. You can also reschedule by contacting support or through the tracking link.
